Senior Engineers & Consultants working with the Company have substantial experience in the manufacturing of equipment for sectors like Steel, Petrochemicals, Mining, Infrastructure, etc. The Company has worked with inspecting agencies like RDSO, M.N Dastur, BVQA, MECON, RITES, & others.

The workshop at Jagatpur, Cuttack, is set up in 5.00 Acres of Land and is equipped with state-of-the-art Machining & Fabrication facilities. The shop is equipped with Cranes to take up heavy jobs. The Machine Shop can take up machining of large-sized jobs with a fair degree of accuracy.

The company has its Revenues from:

We are the only people approved by RDSO for steel bridge girders in Odisha and a few in the eastern region. We are the first choice for most of the steel girders, done by civil contractors, for railway and NHAI projects.

We take up the works for different contractors, for fabrication and erection, on a subcontract. The sub-contract is executed in 2 Parts. The first one is the supply of steel, and the second is the labor for fabrication and erection.

Whenever we sense financial stress with the principal, we prefer not to supply Steel (1st Contract) and ask the client to supply the steel. We execute the second part, i.e., labor charges for fabrication and erection, and minimize our risk by taking stage payments. This results in a fall in turnover, but we try to maintain our profit margin, which would have been affected because of non-payment of steel on supply by the principal.
We are the only people approved by RDSO and the GOVT OF ODISHA for bridge bearings. This is a new activity, and gradually, the orders are flowing in because of our proximity to projects that are being executed in the vicinity.
The company has got approval for the manufacturing of LPG cylinders from BIS and PESO and supplies LPG cylinders to HPCL, IOCL & BPCL regularly.
The company is also taking up contract work directly from Govt agencies like East Coast Railway & South Eastern Railway, CSIR Lab, IMMT at Bhubaneswar, OPTCL, ASI, IOCL, Paradip, Indian Railways & PWD of GOVT of ODISHA.
